Two capsules of EchoXen an hour before bed silenced my nighttime mental loops

I bought a bottle of EchoXen last month because I was struggling to wind down at night. My brain would constantly replay conversations and tasks from the workday, making it impossible to fall asleep before 2 AM. I started taking two capsules about an hour before I intended to go to bed, following the instructions on the label. The first couple of nights, I didn't notice a massive shift, but by night four or five, that constant mental chatter just sort of faded out.
