Took about three weeks for the tingling to fade but these Nervion capsules are very easy to swallow

I bought Nervion specifically because my feet have been driving me crazy at night with that relentless pins-and-needles feeling. To be completely honest, I almost gave up around day ten because I wasn't noticing much of a shift. I'm glad I stuck it out, though. Right around the three-week mark, I realized I was actually sleeping through the night without kicking the blankets off in frustration. As a nice bonus, the capsules are surprisingly small and don't have that awful vitamin smell that usually makes me gag. I am on my second bottle now and the quiet in my legs is definitely holding steady.
