Taking two Nervion capsules with breakfast helped quiet the buzzing in my feet

I have been dealing with this frustrating buzzing and prickling sensation in my feet for the better part of a year, mostly when I sit down to read in the evenings. I started taking Nervion last month after reading up on nerve-focused formulas. The capsules are slightly on the larger side, but they do not have that awful chalky aftertaste that a lot of B-vitamin complexes carry. I take two every morning with my oatmeal. It wasn't an overnight fix. I almost gave up around day ten, but right at the three-week mark, I realized I was sitting through a whole chapter of my book without shifting my feet around. The tingling hasn't vanished completely, but it is substantially duller and much less distracting. I plan to stay on this regimen to see if the progress continues.
