Taking Nervion at dinner keeps my feet quiet by bedtime

T***** V*****

I work on concrete floors all day in an auto parts warehouse, and by the time I get home, my feet usually feel like they are vibrating with a dull, annoying buzz. I tried a few over-the-counter cooling creams that just smelled like a locker room and ruined my socks. A pharmacist friend mentioned looking into systemic nerve support, so I picked up a bottle of Nervion. At first, I honestly didn't think it was doing much. You definitely have to give it a solid two or three weeks to build up in your system. I eventually started taking my dose right after dinner instead of with my morning coffee, and that seems to be the sweet spot for me. Now, when I finally lie down to sleep, my toes and heels actually stay quiet instead of twitching. The capsules are standard size and easy enough to swallow with no weird vitamin aftertaste. It is absolutely not an overnight fix, but sticking with Nervion has made my evenings significantly more comfortable.
