Zencortex has a mild earthy taste and helped my afternoon focus after about 14 days

I was initially hesitant to buy a liquid supplement because they usually taste awful or leave a weird aftertaste. Zencortex is actually pretty mild. It has a slight earthy flavor that I just mix into my morning tea without really noticing it. I bought it hoping to help with the constant brain fog and fatigue I get when staring at spreadsheets all afternoon.
