Liquid dropper format is less messy than expected and the ringing eased by week three

I was hesitant to switch from my usual capsules to a liquid tincture, but Zencortex surprised me. The glass dropper is surprisingly sturdy and I haven't made a mess on the kitchen counter yet. I usually just put a full dropper under my tongue right after my morning coffee. The taste is a bit earthy but completely tolerable, and it fades quickly. More importantly, by the third week of taking it daily, the persistent hum in my left ear started to quiet down. It hasn't vanished entirely, but the dial has definitely been turned down enough that I can actually focus on reading the paper without distraction. Shipping was relatively quick, arriving in three days well-packaged. I plan to order another couple of bottles to see if the progress continues.
