Three weeks taking Glucoally leveled out my mid-afternoon energy crashes

I started taking Glucoally about three weeks ago after my doctor suggested I watch my carbohydrate intake a lot closer. Usually, after eating a heavier lunch at the job site, I would feel completely wiped out by 2 PM. I decided to start taking these capsules right before my midday meal to see if it would help smooth things out. The capsules themselves are a bit on the larger side, so make sure you have a full glass of water handy. That aside, I actually feel steady throughout the afternoon now without needing a second cup of coffee to keep me awake. My morning tracking numbers are looking a bit tighter as well, though I need more time to see the full long-term trend. I plan to keep this supplement in my daily routine for the next few months to see how my next physical goes.
