Taking Glucoally before pasta night actually stopped my evening crashes

I've been trying to keep my numbers steady, but I have a major weakness for Italian food. Usually, a heavy bowl of spaghetti leaves me completely asleep in my recliner by 7 PM. I started taking two capsules of Glucoally about twenty minutes before dinner, just to see if it would take the edge off the inevitable carb coma. It took about a week of testing this routine, but I definitely see a difference now. I don't get that sudden, heavy wave of exhaustion after eating, and my routine morning checks have been much more consistent overall. The capsules themselves are a standard size, easy enough to swallow with a glass of water, and they don't leave any weird herbal aftertaste like some other blends I have bought at the local pharmacy. It is genuinely nice to find something that does what it claims on the bottle without making me change my entire evening routine overnight.
