Switched my Glycofortin dose to mornings to avoid the afternoon crash

I started taking Glycofortin about two months ago because my doctor suggested I watch my daily carb intake and try a support supplement. At first, I was taking the two capsules right after dinner. I didn't notice much difference in how I felt, though the faint cinnamon scent of the pills was a nice touch compared to the usual bitter herbal smell. Last week, I decided to shift my routine and take my daily dose right before breakfast instead. That minor tweak made a massive difference. I usually hit a wall of fatigue around 3 PM at the shop, but lately my energy has stayed completely level through the late afternoon. It is much easier to manage my appetite before dinner now, too. The capsules go down easy with my morning coffee, and I plan to keep this up to see how my numbers look at my next checkup.
