Switched my Glycofortin dose to mornings and the 3 PM crashes stopped

I started taking Glycofortin about a month ago because I wanted to get a better handle on my daily energy levels and metabolism. At first, I was taking my dose right after dinner. I didn't notice much of a change during the day, though I did sleep reasonably well. After reading the label a bit more closely, I decided to shift my two capsules to breakfast time. That small tweak completely changed the experience for me. Instead of hitting a wall at 3 PM and needing a strong cup of coffee, my energy stays remarkably steady right through the late afternoon. The capsules are standard size and don't leave any weird herb-like aftertaste, which I really appreciate. I plan to keep up with this morning routine and see how my numbers look at my next routine physical.
