Swapped my evening tea for this powder and waking up much sharper

I usually have a cup of chamomile tea before turning in, but I decided to give Gluconite a try after reading about how it targets nighttime metabolism. I just mix a scoop into a small glass of water about an hour before I want to sleep. The taste is actually pretty pleasant, not overly sweet or artificial like some nighttime drink mixes I have tried in the past. It dissolves fairly well if you stir it vigorously. Since making the swap, my wife noted that I toss and turn a lot less during the night. More importantly for me, I do not wake up with that groggy, heavy feeling anymore. My morning glucose readings have been running a bit more consistent over the past three weeks, too. It fits right into my wind-down routine without any hassle.
