Mixing a scoop of Gluconite into my nighttime routine smoothed out my morning readings

I bought a three-month supply of Gluconite mainly because my morning glucose numbers were always a bit erratic, even when I ate well the day before. I was skeptical about a nighttime drink doing much, but I started mixing a scoop into a small glass of water about an hour before bed. The taste is actually pretty mild, not overly sweet like some other powders I've tried. It took roughly two full weeks of doing this consistently before I noticed any shift. My morning readings are definitely running smoother now, without those random spikes I used to get. As a bonus, I'm actually sleeping heavier. Usually, I toss and turn after 3 AM, but lately I've been waking up closer to 6 AM feeling rested. I'll be reordering when this batch runs low.
