Kerafen cleared the cloudiness but the capsules are surprisingly large

I wanted to leave an honest timeline for anyone else trying Kerafen because the packaging makes it sound like an overnight fix. I started taking these daily in early March. For the first month, absolutely nothing changed regarding the thickness or the cloudy color on my right big toe. I almost threw the rest of the bottle away. However, right around the six-week mark, I noticed the new growth coming in at the base of the cuticle was completely clear and healthy-looking. Now that I am three months in, the damaged portion is mostly grown out and my nails feel much less brittle when I trim them. My only minor complaint is that the pills themselves are a little on the larger side and tend to float in your mouth if you don't swallow them quickly with enough water. Overall, it absolutely does what it claims, but you have to commit to taking it every single day and give your nails time to physically grow out.
