Vitalflow took about three weeks to reduce my overnight bathroom trips

I have tried a handful of different prostate supplements over the last couple of years, mostly just grabbing whatever was on sale at the local pharmacy. I ordered Vitalflow after reading up on the specific ingredient blend, though I honestly did not expect much of a shift. The capsules are an average size and do not leave that weird herbal aftertaste I have experienced with other brands, which is a nice bonus. For the first two weeks, I didn't notice any changes at all. Right around the three-week mark, however, I realized I was only getting up once a night instead of three or four times. My daily routine is just a lot more comfortable now, and I don't feel that constant urgency during my long afternoon commute. I am finishing up my second bottle now and plan to keep ordering.
