Two weeks taking Sugar Defender under the tongue and no afternoon crashes
V***** T********
I decided to give Sugar Defender a try because I was getting incredibly sluggish right after lunch, almost to the point where I couldn't focus at my desk. The liquid formula threw me off at first since I am used to standard capsules, but taking it sublingually is actually pretty convenient. The taste is a bit earthy but mild, and it disappears quickly if you drink a glass of water right after. It took about two solid weeks before I realized the post-meal brain fog was gone. I just don't feel that heavy, lethargic slump at 2 PM anymore. My only minor gripe is the glass dropper. Sometimes it doesn't pull a full serving on the first squeeze, so you have to double dip to get the correct amount. Aside from the dropper quirk, it has been a very reliable addition to my workday routine.
