Took exactly twelve days to stop my post-lunch bloating

I travel constantly for work, which means my eating schedule is all over the place. I used to rely on those expensive refrigerated probiotics, but they just aren't practical when you are living out of hotel rooms. A colleague mentioned Native Gut, and I liked that it was shelf-stable and only required two capsules in the morning. To be honest, the first week I didn't feel much of a difference and thought I might have wasted my money. But right around day twelve, I realized I wasn't getting that awful, tight bloating after eating my usual quick lunches. My digestion feels incredibly steady now, even when I'm crossing time zones and surviving on airport food. The capsules do have a slightly earthy smell when you open the glass jar, but they go down easy with water and don't leave any weird aftertaste or cause those awful supplement burps. I am putting this on a regular subscription so I never run out before a busy travel week.
