Took about three weeks for VisiFlora to help my afternoon screen blurriness

I spend most of my workday looking at spreadsheets, and by 3 PM, my eyes usually feel dry and tired. I read about the gut-eye connection and decided to give VisiFlora a try. The capsules are on the larger side, but they do not have any weird botanical aftertaste, which I appreciate. I didn't see an immediate shift in my tear production or eye comfort. It actually took about three full weeks of taking them with my morning oatmeal before I realized I wasn't reaching for my moisturizing drops at my desk anymore. The afternoon blurriness has definitely faded. It requires some patience to let the flora build up in your system, but it is doing what I needed it to do. I will be keeping my monthly delivery active.
