Took about three weeks for Vertigenics to stop the room from spinning when I roll over in bed

I bought Vertigenics hoping it would help with the occasional dizzy spells I get right after waking up. For the first couple of weeks, I didn't notice a massive difference, but I stuck with the two capsules a day routine. By the middle of the third week, the morning spinning sensation completely faded. Usually, rolling over in bed would trigger a wave of nausea and throw off my balance for the first hour of my day. This morning, I got up without having to hold onto the nightstand to steady myself. The capsules are easy to swallow and don't leave any weird aftertaste, which was an issue I had with a different brand. I plan to keep taking it to maintain my balance.
