Took about nine days for Gutoptim to settle my stomach after meals

I've tried a few different prebiotic and probiotic blends over the last couple of years, mostly because my digestion gets completely wrecked by heavy lunches at work. I picked up a bottle of Gutoptim hoping for a quick fix. Honestly, I didn't feel much of anything for the first week, which was a little frustrating. But right around day nine or ten, I realized I wasn't needing to loosen my belt after a sandwich anymore. The capsules are standard size, easy enough to get down with water, and they don't leave that weird chalky burp that some other brands do. I'm knocking out one a day right after breakfast now. It is a bit on the expensive side if you look at the monthly cost, but having my stomach stay quiet during afternoon meetings makes it worth the trade-off. I'll likely order a refill before this bottle runs empty.
