Three weeks on Mindvault and I stopped needing my afternoon espresso
L***** B*******
I started taking Mindvault about three weeks ago because my brain was absolutely flatlining by 2:00 PM every day. I work in logistics, so losing track of details mid-afternoon just isn't an option. At first, I didn't feel much of a shift, maybe just a slight decrease in my usual brain fog. But right around the two-week mark, I realized I was sailing through my late afternoon status calls without reaching for a second or third coffee. The mental clarity feels very steady—not a jittery rush like you get with energy drinks, but just a reliable, sharp focus. I take two capsules with my morning oatmeal, and it doesn't upset my stomach at all. The bottle design is nice, though I do wish the capsules were slightly smaller. Still, it's a minor trade-off for actually being able to recall what I was about to say during a chaotic meeting.
