The capsules are easy to swallow, but give Joint Genesis a full month

I'm not one to write reviews usually, but I wanted to give a heads up to anyone expecting an overnight fix. When I started taking Joint Genesis, I honestly thought I'd wasted my money. For the first two weeks, my knees and knuckles were just as stiff out in the woodshop as they always were. But right around the end of week three or maybe the start of week four, I noticed a subtle shift. I bent down to pick up a dropped tape measure and realized I didn't groan or brace myself on the workbench. The capsules are standard size and easy to get down with my morning coffee. It seems like the ingredients just need a bit of time to build up in your system. I'm on my second bottle now and the morning stiffness is significantly less bothersome.
