Taking two GL Pro capsules before lunch wiped out my afternoon fatigue

I have struggled with terrible afternoon energy crashes for the last couple of years. Around 3 PM, I would always reach for something sweet just to get through the rest of my workday and have enough energy for the kids when I got home. My nutritionist suggested looking into blood sugar support, which led me to GL Pro. I started taking two capsules about twenty minutes before my heaviest meal, usually lunch. The only minor drawback is that the capsules are on the larger side, so make sure you drink a full glass of water with them.
