Taking the second dose of 24burn at 4 PM didn't ruin my sleep

I've always been extremely sensitive to supplements that claim to boost your metabolism, mostly because they are usually packed with cheap stimulants. I decided to try 24burn because I liked the ingredient profile and needed something to help me break through a recent plateau. My biggest concern was the dosing schedule. The instructions suggest taking it later in the day to keep your system going, and normally anything taken past noon leaves me staring at the ceiling all night. I tentatively took my afternoon dose around 4 PM before my evening workout. Surprisingly, I had plenty of stamina for my cardio session but was still able to wind down and fall asleep easily by my normal bedtime. I've been keeping up this routine for three weeks now, and the scale is finally budging again. I appreciate that 24burn actually works with my daily rhythm rather than just giving me a massive crash.
