Taking Cellucare with my morning oatmeal actually stopped my 3 PM crashes

I started looking for something to help with my daily afternoon energy crashes, which my doctor suggested might be tied to how my body handles sugar spikes after meals. I decided to try Cellucare after reading up on the ingredients. The capsules themselves are a pretty standard size and do not have that weird herbal aftertaste that a lot of supplements do.
