Switched to Blood Armor capsules because liquid iron stained my teeth

I have struggled with low ferritin levels for years and usually relied on liquid iron to keep my numbers up. Unfortunately, those liquids were starting to severely stain my teeth, which my dentist warned me about. I decided to give Blood Armor a try hoping the capsule form would bypass that issue entirely. I was initially worried that a pill would be much harder on my digestive system, but these have been surprisingly gentle. I take two capsules every morning with a glass of orange juice before breakfast, and I haven't experienced any of the typical cramping or nausea. My afternoon fatigue has definitely lessened over the past three weeks, which tells me it is absorbing properly. The bottle was well sealed, and the pills don't have that awful metallic aftertaste either.
