Swapped my midday espresso for Leptozan without getting the jitters
M***** V*****
I have a terrible habit of hitting a wall right around 2:30 PM every day and reaching for a second or third cup of coffee, which usually ruins my sleep. A coworker actually mentioned Leptozan, so I decided to give it a try for my afternoon slump. I take two capsules right after lunch. What I appreciate most is that there isn't a sudden, aggressive spike in my heart rate like I get from typical energy blends. It is a much more level feeling of alertness that carries me through the rest of my workday and my evening commute. The bottle design is also a bit taller and narrower than standard supplement bottles, which makes it fit neatly in my desk drawer. I've been taking it for about three weeks now, and it has definitely helped me cut back on the excess caffeine. Plus, there is absolutely no weird burp-back or aftertaste, which is usually a dealbreaker for me with encapsulated supplements.
