Stopped my garden dizziness on the fourth day of taking two capsules

I have been dealing with middle ear issues that cause the room to tilt every time I bend down to pull weeds or pick up my grandkids. I started taking Vertiaid last Tuesday. The label says to take two a day, which I split between breakfast and dinner. By Friday morning, I realized I had spent an hour in my tomato beds without needing to grab the fence for balance once. I will say the pills are a bit on the large side, so have a full glass of water ready. Despite the size, the relief from that awful spinning feeling is absolutely worth it. I just ordered a second bottle so I don't run out before my upcoming flight.
