Skeptical about the gut-spine connection until week three of Back Biome

L***** C********

I've dealt with nagging lower back tightness for the better part of a decade, mostly right when I wake up. My chiropractor mentioned that systemic inflammation often starts in the gut, which led me to try Back Biome. I honestly thought it sounded like a stretch. Taking a digestive supplement for lumbar support seemed unusual. For the first two weeks, I didn't feel any different in my back, though my digestion did smooth out a bit. But right around the third week, I realized I was getting out of bed without doing my usual ten minutes of careful stretching. The dull ache is significantly muted now. The capsules are easy to swallow, don't need refrigeration, and actually seem to be tackling my stiffness from the inside out. I'm setting up a subscription because this subtle shift has made my mornings so much easier.
