No weird herbal burps and my afternoon slumps are way less severe with GlycoFree

I have been taking GlycoFree for about three weeks now, primarily because I was struggling with massive energy crashes after lunch. My doctor suggested I look into glucose support blends to help manage my dietary spikes. I was hesitant because most of the supplements I have tried in the past either smelled like old grass or gave me terrible heartburn. Thankfully, these capsules are completely odorless and go down without a fight. I take two right before my heaviest meal of the day. While I am not checking my numbers with a continuous monitor, I can definitely tell that I am not reaching for a second cup of coffee at 2 PM anymore. It seems to help level out the spikes nicely. Shipping was also fairly quick, arriving a day before the estimated delivery. I will likely keep this in my daily rotation as long as the price stays reasonable.
