Less waking up to shake out my hands since starting Nervegenics

I have been dealing with tingling in my fingers for the past couple of years, mostly from years of carpentry and gripping heavy tools. It usually wakes me up in the middle of the night and I have to shake my hands out to get the feeling back to normal. I started taking Nervegenics about a month ago because my pharmacist suggested looking into a targeted nerve supplement with alpha lipoic acid. The capsules are a bit on the large side, but they go down fine with a full glass of water. Over the last week or so, I realized I am sleeping through the night much more often without the pins and needles waking me up. The tingling isn't entirely gone during the day yet, but the nighttime relief alone makes this worth keeping in my daily rotation. I plan to reorder when this current bottle runs out to see if my daytime grip comfort improves with continued use.
