Joint Eternal capsules are surprisingly small and kicked in by week four

I've tried a dozen different joint supplements over the years, and most of them are massive horse pills that leave a chalky taste in my throat. I appreciate that Joint Eternal comes in a manageable capsule size that goes down easy with my morning coffee. As for the effectiveness, I didn't feel much of a difference for the first couple of weeks. By the fourth week, though, I realized my knees weren't making that awful popping sound when I crouched down to work on my truck or pull weeds in the yard. My shoulders feel a bit looser when I wake up, too. I plan to stick with this for a few more months to see if the mobility keeps improving. Definitely a solid addition to my daily routine.
