Glucore capsules have a strong herbal smell but stopped my 3 PM work slumps

I've been taking Glucore for about three weeks now, primarily because I was getting completely wiped out every afternoon around 3 PM at the office. My doctor suggested I keep a closer eye on my metabolic health and sudden crashes after heavy lunches. I tried a few other cinnamon and chromium blends before, but they usually upset my stomach. Glucore is different. The capsules do have a distinctly strong herbal smell right out of the bottle, which took a couple of days to get used to, but they go down easy and don't give me any acid reflux. More importantly, my energy levels stay completely flat and consistent through the end of my shift. I'm not reaching for a third cup of coffee anymore. Shipping was quick, though the outer box was a bit crushed on arrival, but the bottle inside was totally fine. Overall, a solid addition to my daily routine.
