Easier on my stomach than capsule supplements and mixes fine into oatmeal

I've been fighting creeping numbers at my annual checkups for the last few years, and my doctor suggested I look into dietary changes alongside some natural support. I tried various cinnamon and berberine capsules before, but they always gave me terrible acid reflux. I switched over to Gluco Tonic about a month ago specifically because of the liquid format, and it is significantly easier on my gut. I just measure out the morning dose and stir it directly into my oatmeal. It has a slightly earthy taste if you take it plain, but it's completely masked by food. More importantly, I'm not getting that heavy, sluggish crash around 11 AM anymore. My energy feels a lot more level throughout the workday on the job site. I plan to keep taking this daily until my next round of lab work to see if the clinic numbers match how steady I feel right now.
