Dropped my nighttime ear buzzing to a manageable hum after three weeks on Neuroquiet

I have been dealing with a persistent high-pitched whine in my left ear for the better part of a year, which is especially noticeable when I am trying to fall asleep. I will say right off the bat that you need to be patient. For the first two weeks, I did not notice any shift at all. Right around the three-week mark, I realized I was not turning on the white noise machine quite as loud. The buzzing has not vanished entirely, but it has definitely reduced to a dull, manageable hum that does not keep me awake anymore.
