Dropped my nightly bathroom visits down to zero after three weeks of the liquid formula

I was pretty skeptical about trying a liquid prostate supplement instead of the usual capsules I have taken for years. Measuring out the dropper every morning is a slightly different routine, but I just mix it into my morning tea and it barely alters the taste. The real reason I am taking the time to write this is what happened around week three. I realized I was sleeping straight through to my 6 AM alarm without having to get up and use the restroom in the middle of the night. It has been incredibly relieving to not deal with that urgency anymore. Prostadine is definitely staying in my daily rotation.
