Dropped my morning numbers by 15 points on the 3-capsule Curalin regimen

I've been trying to get my morning fasting numbers under control for the last couple of years. My doctor suggested looking into Ayurvedic options before making any drastic medication changes, which led me here. I was admittedly skeptical about taking Curalin at first, mostly because the recommended dosage of taking a capsule after every meal seemed like a lot to keep track of during a busy workday. However, I set a few phone alarms and made it a habit. Around the three-week mark, I started seeing my morning readings drop by about 15 points on average. My energy in the late afternoon is noticeably more stable as well, without that usual heavy post-lunch crash. It takes a little discipline to remember the pills, but the data does not lie.
