Down to one bathroom trip a night after three weeks on Prostafense

At my age, waking up three or four times a night was just becoming the new normal, and it was really taking a toll on my energy during the day. I decided to give Prostafense a trial run after my brother mentioned he was taking it. The capsules are easy enough to swallow, and I appreciate that they don't have that weird herbal aftertaste some of these older formulas do. It took about three full weeks of taking it every morning before I realized I was sleeping in much longer stretches. Now I'm usually only getting up once, maybe twice if I drink water too close to bed. It's a subtle shift, but getting decent sleep again makes a massive difference for my daily routine.
