Dissolves cleanly in hot coffee but clumps in iced drinks

I bought Gelatine Sculpt hoping to support my skin elasticity as I continue my weight loss journey. It does exactly what I need it to do, but you have to be careful with how you mix it. If I whisk it right into my hot morning coffee, it dissolves almost instantly without changing the flavor or making the texture weirdly thick. However, I tried dumping a scoop into my iced latte once and it turned into an immediate rubbery clump at the bottom of the glass. Lesson learned! Since sticking to hot liquids, it has been an incredibly easy daily habit. I have been taking it for about two months now, and I definitely feel like the skin on my arms is looking a bit more toned and firm alongside my normal workouts. Just remember to mix it hot and you will be good to go.
