I am quite picky about my morning coffee ritual, so I was hesitant to add anything new to my mug. I drink a dark French roast every single day, and I worried Fitspresso would ruin the flavor or leave a weird, chalky texture at the bottom of the cup. Surprisingly, it dissolves completely within a few stirs and doesn't alter the taste of my brew at all. Beyond the mixing aspect, I have noticed a significant shift in my afternoon energy levels. Usually, by 2 PM, I am reaching for a sugary snack or a second cup of coffee just to keep up with my workload and my evening errands. Since starting this supplement three weeks ago, that afternoon crash has mostly vanished. It provides a very smooth, sustained focus without making me feel overly caffeinated or anxious.
